Rick graduated from Dordt College in 1991 with a degree in business administration. Co-owner, he has over 30 years in business and sales and focuses on daily operations, office operations, residential customers, customer service, and sales. Rick has been married to Stacey, for 28 years, and they have three children. He stays busy with kids’ activities, spending time at the lake, and is an elder at First CRC. As an elder, he coordinates and leads church-building projects in the Dominican Republic every year. He is also active with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Chad graduated from South Dakota State University in 1995 with a degree in agronomy plant science. As co-owner, he focuses on all daily operations, commercial and residential accounts, customer service, operations, and sales. Chad has been in the green industry for over 27 years. He has been married to Allison for 27 years, and they have three children eager to join the Eagle Team. Chad stays busy with kids’ activities, spending time at the lake, riding all-terrain vehicles, and serving as a cadet leader and a church board member.

Jade graduated from Southeast Tech in 2002 with a degree in horticulture/turf/landscape design. He is co-owner and focuses on daily operations, design and build landscape projects, customer service, and sales. Jade has spent over 25 years in the green industry. He has been married to Megan for 18 years, and they have two boys that look forward to filling one of their uncle’s positions in the future. Jade stays busy coaching youth sports, spending time camping, riding all-terrain vehicles, and also serves on the church board.

Making Wishes Come True One Wish at a Time by Driving For Dreams
As a community-based organization, we are heavily involved in the Driving for Dreams Campaign with the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Sioux Falls. Together with others in the community and our local chapter, we help make life-changing wishes for kids with critical illnesses.
